Support program for shadowing training for senior female researchersWe will be holding an information session and networking event.
Associate Professor Yoko Mitani of the Aquatic Station, Northern Biosphere Field Science Center, who conducted the training in 2017, will share the process from planning to implementation of the training, as well as what she learned.
