On Wednesday, November 20th, the "Top Seminar for Faculty and Staff 2019," aimed at raising awareness regarding diversity promotion, will be held at Muroran Institute of Technology.
We will hold a meeting at the Human Resources Development Headquarters of our university to watch the online broadcast together.
The lecturer for the seminar will be Professor Noriko Ohsumi, Vice President of Tohoku University (in charge of public relations and collaborative participation) and Professor at the Graduate School of Medicine, who has made long-standing contributions to promoting the development of support systems for nurturing female researchers.
She is scheduled to give a lecture on topics such as the importance of fostering female researchers and the presence of role models.
Researchers, faculty members, and anyone interested in diversity research are encouraged to participate.
No registration is required. Please come directly to the Human Resources Development Headquarters conference room on the day of the event.
