Since the state of emergency was declared in April due to the spread of the novel coronavirus, we have been experiencing prolonged school closures and work-from-home arrangements due to the interruption of research. Depending on the situation, there are concerns that this situation may be repeated intermittently, such as if the infection spreads again.

Therefore, in order to investigate the current situation of scientists and engineers affected by the changes in the environment, and to promptly request the necessary support from the government, the Liaison Council's Proposal and Request Working Group (Chairperson: Noriko Hirata) has created an individual questionnaire to investigate the situation of scientists and engineers working from home due to the state of emergency.

Please complete the form below and submit your response by June 13th.
Please note that even if you belong to multiple academic societies, please submit only one response per person.

Furthermore, this survey is open to responses from academic societies and universities/research institutions other than those affiliated with our academic society liaison committee.
We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in spreading the word widely and encouraging as many people as possible to respond.
