The Hokkaido Block Meeting of the National Diversity Network will work to promote understanding and build a network for initiatives such as creating a research environment where diverse researchers, including female researchers, can demonstrate their abilities, developing and promoting diverse leaders, and reforming organizational awareness.
In this study group, we will discuss diversity in universities together, including introducing examples from other universities and overseas.
