The Office for Promoting a Diversity Research Environment provides support for initiatives such as seminars held on campus that contribute to promoting a diverse research environment and gender equality, as part of the "Diversity Research Environment Realization Initiative (Leading Type) Project: Support Program for Departmental Initiatives to Promote a Diversity Research Environment."
Thanks to this support, the Department of Materials Science, Graduate School of Engineering, will be hosting a diversity symposium titled "Your View of Work Might Change? ~Industry, Academia, and Freelance~" on Wednesday, October 21st and Friday, November 13th. Please see below for details.

Opportunities for women to thrive will continue to expand. If you're still undecided about your future, why not listen to the stories of successful individuals in industry, academia, and as freelancers? We've invited three speakers from various fields to participate in this symposium. It will also be streamed online, so please join us.
