Since last year, under the JST Diversity Research Environment Realization Initiative (Leading Type) project, we have been implementing meetup events that bring together research and researchers from diverse fields, as well as the "KNIT Joint Research Grant," a joint research grant between universities and companies in Hokkaido (KNIT joint implementing organizations: Hokkaido University, Muroran Institute of Technology, Kitami Institute of Technology, Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Amino Up Co., Ltd., Nitto Denko Corporation) aimed at fostering female research leaders.
Last year, our meetup event was limited to two days, but this year, we're holding a five-day event called "Interdisciplinary Meetup Week," primarily online.
We have posted an explanatory video about poster presentations on the page below. If you are considering presenting a poster or applying for the 2021 KNIT Joint Research Grant, please take a look.
