Regarding the 2021 KNIT Joint Research Grant (Hokkaido University)

 As part of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's "Initiative for Realizing a Diversity Research Environment (Leading Type)" (FY2019-FY2024), the Hokkaido Diversity Research Environment Promotion Network (KNIT) partner institutions, Hokkaido University, Muroran Institute of Technology, Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Kitami Institute of Technology, Amino Up Co., Ltd., and Nitto Denko Corporation, will provide research grants to researchers (research principal investigators limited to female researchers) who plan excellent collaborative research (KNIT collaborative research) with researchers at KNIT partner institutions. The purpose of this initiative is to improve the research capabilities and strengthen the leadership skills of female researchers and to expand the research network in Hokkaido.

• Research principal investigators affiliated with this university should submit their application forms via email to the Office for Promoting a Diversity Research Environment. (Please instruct co-researchers affiliated with other partner institutions to submit a copy of the application form to their respective institutions.)

- Collaborators affiliated with this university must submit a copy of the application form submitted by the principal investigator to their affiliated institution via email to the Office for Promoting a Diversity Research Environment.
