We invited Mr. Kazuo Tase and Ms. Hiromi Masaki, Representative Directors and CEOs of SDG Partners Co., Ltd., as speakers to give a presentation titled "Diversity Makes People and Organizations Gentle and Strong," in which they spoke about gender equality from the perspective of the SDGs.
The Hokkaido Block Meeting was attended by representatives from four universities and two companies, as well as 24 individuals interested in diversity. A lively discussion followed the presentations.
Post-event participants commented that they were struck by the idea that "being different" helps to cultivate "individuals who respect others," and shared their deep understanding that "diversity makes people and organizations kinder and stronger."
