7. Announcement of the on-campus seminar "Understanding Unconscious Bias" (July 14th)
An FD seminar hosted by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at our university will be held online on Thursday, July 14th.
This will be our final announcement for today.

2. The President's column "A Flash of North Light" discusses the topic of diversity.

3. Preparations are underway for work-life balance support personnel in the latter half of R4!
We are currently working on preparing the "Life Events and Application Guidelines" for the latter half of R4. There are no major changes planned to the support provided from the first application period, but instead of the "preliminary interview" and "work content report" required before application, applicants will likely be required to submit an "employment plan" after the selection decision.
Applications are expected to open in late this month or early next month. Please wait a little longer.
