Communication training for managing research labs/projects that generate value from diversity

DEIThe Promotion Headquarters is working to create an environment where diverse researchers can thrive.
This training program will teach you frameworks and specific skills for communication that fosters psychological safety and allows diverse researchers' individuality and abilities to flourish.
This program is for individuals who aim to create value through diversity, such as interdisciplinary collaboration and industry-academia partnerships, those who want to improve the psychological safety of their research group members, and those who aspire to leadership positions in the future.
