LGBTQ awareness promotion seminar "Rainbow Lecture Series"
With the aim of creating workplaces and communities that understand and accept the diversity of sexual orientations, and to realize a community where every resident of Hokkaido can live together while respecting each other's individuality, personality, and diversity, we have decided to hold an online seminar as detailed in the attached flyer.

Rainbow Guidebook
The prefecture has created a guidebook to help companies, organizations, and local government workers create workplaces that understand and accept the diversity of sexual orientations.
Please use this guidebook to deepen understanding of sexual minorities and sexual diversity in local communities and workplaces, and to create an environment where everyone can live comfortably.
