With the aim of improving the leadership and management skills of female researchers, a three-part seminar will be held from December 2022 to February 2023."Leadership Acceleration Program for Women in Academia: Increase Your Influence!" for female researchers aiming to become PIs."has been held.
We invited Dr. Iris Wieczorek, head of the IRIS Institute of Science and Technology Management, as our lecturer, and all three sessions of the program were held online. Participants worked on assignments given by the lecturer before each session, and engaged in discussions with each other, resulting in a very active and interactive seminar.
