This support program aims to help researchers affiliated with Hokkaido University balance life events such as childbirth, childcare, and elder care with their research activities, and to enable them to carry out their work smoothly. This support is provided through "subsidies for the employment costs of research assistants."
Applications for the first half of fiscal year 2023 closed on Monday, February 6th. Following a review by the Diversity and Inclusion Promotion Headquarters meeting, it was decided to provide support to 23 projects.
Applications for the "Support Program for Balancing Research Activities and Life Events" for the second semester of the 2023 academic year are scheduled to open around July 2023.
