"Get Solid Science! ~Let's Talk with Senior Graduate Students~" is a three-part event held in university classrooms and laboratories, where you can listen to lectures by female researchers conducting cutting-edge research and get a solid understanding of the research being done at the university. After the experiments, there will also be a roundtable discussion where you can chat with female university students over tea about their university life.

Tomoko Kamasaki, Project Assistant Professor (Institute for Genetic Disease Control, Hokkaido University)
In junior high school, I was inspired by a Shiseido lipstick poster and chose a science-related field. At Japan Women's University, I encountered electron microscopy and, by consistently prioritizing "looking closely and interpreting correctly," I earned a PhD in Science.
This year, she received the "9th Shiseido Women Researchers Science Grant," which provides research grants to 10 outstanding female researchers in Japan.
