1. Recruitment for Mentoring and Shadowing Training Support
DEIThe Promotion Headquarters has begun accepting applications for the 2023 fiscal year for the "Mentoring and Shadowing Training Support Program for Female Researchers Aiming for Senior Positions."
Those wishing to apply should review the application guidelines and send the prescribed application form to our headquarters.
We support voluntary training programs for female researchers aiming for career advancement, which include mentoring and job shadowing with senior faculty members (mentors) to learn about research activities and work management.

2. Role model interview with Mikako Ogawa from 'FIKA' has been published.
CoSTEP andDEIThe Promotion Headquarters' collaborative project, Role Model Interview FIKA.
This interview series introduces role models who can serve as inspiration for those who are struggling or contemplating their career paths or future paths.
The fifth issue of FIKA features Mikako Ogawa, Professor at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Professor Ogawa is steadily climbing the ranks as a researcher. Enjoy watching his transformation from a student who didn't aspire to be a researcher to someone who became deeply engrossed in research.
