The aim of this program is to create opportunities for members of the university community to further deepen their understanding of diversity promotion, and it will be held on campus.DEIWe provide financial support for the costs of conducting seminars and other related events.

| Message | Even if you're familiar with the terms "diversity and inclusion," do you feel like it's something that doesn't concern you? If you look closely at your own seemingly ordinary workplace, you'll see that each individual has a different background and values, making it full of diversity. Considering diversity is something very close to home and crucial for us to live comfortably in society. Why is it necessary to disseminate information with consideration for diversity now? Where should we begin? I would like to consider points to keep in mind regarding expression in media such as text and photographs, and also think about information dissemination in a broader sense. I will share what I have learned, through my own mistakes, as a journalist and manager. |
