The Diversity and Inclusion Promotion Headquarters, with the support of Hokkaido University Library, will be holding its first "Book Talk."
A "book talk" is an event where the author of a book is invited to speak with the audience about the book's content.
We will have student book talkers, who were selected in advance, give passionate presentations about the featured books.
The authors will provide comments and feedback, so please join the discussion while listening to the students' heartfelt presentations!
We welcome affectionate heckling! (Please be considerate.)
Our honored first guest is Professor Kaku Sechiyama of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Tokyo, famous for his hilariously side-splitting talks.
