Information on "Disability Awareness Week" for fiscal year 5


Based on the Basic Act for Persons with Disabilities, the period from December 3rd to 9th each year is designated as "Disability Awareness Week."
The Cabinet Office implements various initiatives to support the independence and social participation of people with disabilities, primarily during "Disability Awareness Week."

Hokkaido University, in cooperation with Sapporo City, will provide a sales venue for products made at employment support facilities, as well as hold lectures for students and faculty members.
