[Kao Crescent Academy] About the support program for female researchers
The Kao Arts and Science Foundation is a public interest incorporated foundation that selects outstanding female researchers in the fields of chemistry and physics within the "Surface Science" area who are employed on a fixed-term contract and belong to universities or research institutions designated by the foundation. These researchers must be candidates who wish to continue their research activities for a long time, while considering work-life balance. Each institution recommends a candidate, and the foundation selects the recipient. Recipients will receive a grant of up to 100 million yen for research expenses, etc.
