A.LILAS01 Kyoko Hida's work has been released!
This is an interview series with female researchers introducing female leaders who are at the forefront of their fields.LILAS" has begun.
Our first guest is Professor Kyoko Hida from the Graduate School of Dentistry. Even while raising children and facing time constraints, Professor Hida recognizes the importance of ensuring that her research team members are satisfied and that research can proceed smoothly. Through her own actions and communication, she has developed her own unique management methods. We will introduce her approach and tips.

*Last year, our university's LGBTQ+ circle, Rainbow Gathering, was the 10th Tohoku University Sawayanagi MemorialDEII received an Encouragement Award.

4. [Open Call] Regarding the 10th Annual Award for Outstanding Achievement in Nurturing Female Engineers
The Japan Society of Technology and Corporate Executives actively promotes diversity and continuously supports the promotion and appointment of female engineers in the industrial sector. As part of this effort, we are currently accepting applications for the 10th Annual Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Development of Female Engineers.
Overview of the 10th Annual Award for Outstanding Achievement in Fostering Female Engineers
Application period: Until December 2024, 6
Judging and announcement of results: End of July
Prize: Certificate of Commendation and Crystal Trophy (with name engraved)
Awards ceremony: Scheduled for August 8th (at Josuikai Hall)
