Call for applications for the 2024 "Mentoring and Shadowing Training Support Program for Female Researchers Aiming for Senior Positions"

This project supports voluntary training for female researchers aiming to advance their careers, in which they engage in mentoring and shadowing with senior faculty members (hereinafter referred to as "mentors") to learn about research activities and work management.
The aim of this training is to provide participants with an understanding of the realities of senior positions and management roles within organizations, thereby gaining new perspectives, knowledge, and motivation, and ultimately contributing to the expansion of senior research positions and the number of female managers.
 
We are now accepting applications for users for the 2024 academic year.
