Regarding the Second Round of Applications for "Research Support Personnel During Maternity/Childcare Leave Periods in FY24"

This program is for female faculty members and female postdoctoral researchers affiliated with Hokkaido University.
We will be accepting applications for the second half of the "Research Support Personnel During Maternity/Childcare Leave Period, etc., FY24" program.

For details, please refer to the application guidelines, and if you wish to receive support, please submit an application form.
Please submit it directly to the support office. (However, the applicant must be the head of the affiliated research laboratory, and a seal is required.)

The eligibility requirements for support are as follows:
Among female faculty members and female postdoctoral researchers at this university (*Note 1), those who meet any of the following criteria
(1) Persons who are planning to take maternity leave before or after childbirth during this fiscal year
(2) Persons who are planning to take childcare leave or family care leave during this fiscal year
(3) Childcare while working (up to the third grade of elementary school) other than the above leave or time off.
   or those providing care
 However, if the applicant is a specially appointed faculty member, postdoctoral researcher, or a researcher affiliated with JSPS or similar organizations who conducts research activities based at this university, the decision to provide support will be made after considering their individual employment conditions and circumstances. In addition, the decision to provide support will be made similarly for other individuals who have been recognized as eligible by the Office for Supporting Female Researchers.
