The "Hokkaido Gender Equality Challenge Award" aims to recognize individuals, organizations, and groups who are making the most of their individuality and abilities to take on challenges and excel in all areas of society, including the workplace, community, and home, as well as individuals, organizations, and groups who support such challenges. By showcasing relatable examples of these challenges, the award aims to raise awareness and momentum toward realizing a gender-equal society.
