Recruitment for the 2025 "Support Program for Overseas Research and Study Activities of Female Faculty Members (Short-Term)" (Trial Program)

Diversity and Inclusion Promotion Headquarters (DEIThe Promotion Headquarters has decided to pilot the "Support System for Overseas Surveys and Research Activities for Female Faculty Members (Short-Term)" as outlined in the attached application guidelines, based on the "Diversity Research Environment Realization Initiative (Female Leader Development Type)" project of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's Science and Technology Human Resource Development Subsidy Program, which was adopted in fiscal year 2023.

This program aims to enhance the research capabilities of female faculty members at our university by providing opportunities to visit overseas universities and research institutions, conduct collaborative research with overseas researchers, and build international research networks. It also aims to create opportunities to cultivate management experience through research activities at other institutions, ultimately enabling them to become leaders at our university in research, management, and administration.DEIThe aim is to cultivate human resources who will play an active role in promoting and other related activities. Furthermore, at overseas research institutions, etc.DEIWe will investigate and obtain information on initiatives and trends related to this matter, and utilize it for research, education, management, etc., at our university.DEIWe aim to further accelerate the process.
