University of Oulu, FinlandDEIWe will host an international symposium with gender and human resources experts to explore the current state and future prospects of gender in academia in Finland and Japan.
At the University of Oulu in Finland and in the EUDEILearn from their efforts,DEIWe will share the significance of this initiative and the challenges for the future. We hope to share the learning that will lead to significant changes toward a better educational and research environment with a wide range of students and faculty members. The event will be held in a hybrid format, including in-person and webinar.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided, so please feel free to participate. You can also participate in the morning session only or the afternoon session only.
