Event for junior high school students: How to build a robot that moves by "feeling" (12/13)

The KDDI Foundation and Hokkaido University are co-hosting an event: a science experiment workshop titled "How to Make a Robot That Feels and Moves" (for junior high school students) on Saturday, December 13th.
This event offers lectures and hands-on experience with AI.
You can see, touch, and experience how AI technology will change robots, as well as learn the fundamentals of AI, data science, and autonomous driving.

Application Notes

  • If there are many applicants, a lottery will be held.
  • Please register using the application form below. Those eligible to participate this time are:Middle school students.
  • Parents are welcome to participate as well. (Up to two parents/guardians per student)
  • The results of the selection process (winners and losers) will be sent via email by December 7th. Please be sure to check your email, as we will ask for your confirmation of your intention to participate at that time.
  • Application deadline: Wednesday, December 3, 2025, 15:00.
  • Furthermore, from the perspective of promoting diversity in the information and data science fields, we especially welcome the participation of female students in this project.
