On Monday, December 8th, the award ceremony for the "Hokkaido University Yoshie Katsurada Award" was held in the Executive Board Room of the Headquarters Building. President Kiyohiro Takaragi presented certificates of commendation and monetary prizes (catalogs) to the three recipients of the 3rd award. President Takaragi praised the recipients' accumulated contributions to research and education, and expressed his hope that this award would serve as further encouragement for them to expand their fields of activity even further.
Following the award ceremony, a friendly and informal gathering took place with the award recipients.
