Diversity and Inclusion Promotion Headquarters (DEIThe Promotion Headquarters will implement the "Support for Overseas Surveys and Research Activities (Short-Term)" as outlined in the attached application guidelines, based on the "Diversity Research Environment Realization Initiative (Female Leader Development Type)" project of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's Science and Technology Human Resource Development Subsidy Program, which was adopted in fiscal year 2023.
This support program targets senior female faculty members of our university, providing opportunities to visit overseas universities and research institutions, conduct collaborative research with international researchers, and build international research networks. The aim is to enhance their research capabilities and cultivate management experience through research activities at other institutions, ultimately enabling them to become future leaders at our university in research, management, and administration.DEIThe aim is to cultivate human resources who will play an active role in promoting and other related activities. Furthermore, at overseas research institutions, etc.DEIWe will investigate and learn about the trends and initiatives related to this matter, and utilize this information in our research, education, and management.DEIWe aim to further accelerate the process.
