Our university's application for the "Support Program for Research Activities of Female Researchers (Hub Type)" under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's FY25 Science and Technology Human Resource Development Subsidy Program has been selected.
This project aims to further promote the support for female researchers that our university has provided to date, and to spread support measures in collaboration with universities, companies, and research institutions throughout Hokkaido, thereby promoting the active participation of female researchers.
In the future, we plan to establish the All-Hokkaido Women Scientists' Research Activity Promotion Council "Full-HoWS" to facilitate the sharing of various information and know-how, make available support environments and measures, and hold symposiums and workshops to strengthen research capabilities.
