Applicant Requirements
Researchers belonging to research institutions located in Hokkaido (universities and their affiliated research institutes, technical colleges, national and local government research institutes, etc.), medical institutions, private research institutes, museums, etc.
Grant Category
1. General Grants
(1) Age is not a factor. Individuals who conduct research independently or collaboratively (excluding graduate students and undergraduate students).
(2) The grant amount is "1 million yen per project" (approximately 11 projects are planned to be selected).
2. Incentive Grants
(1) Applicants must be under 40 years of age at the time of application. Applicants must be conducting independent research (excluding graduate students and university students).
(2) The grant amount is "1 million yen per project" (approximately 15 projects are planned to be selected).
The selection criteria include "support for female researchers."
