Event report
The Office for Supporting Female Researchers recently held this seminar for researchers who are busy with their own research, educational activities, and childcare responsibilities, to teach them methods for improving work efficiency and achieving maximum results within their limited time.
The seminar was attended by people from various fields and positions, including science and humanities students, doctoral students, faculty members, and technical staff. Through lectures and workshops, participants learned about appropriate scheduling, thorough preparation, and methodologies for effective communication.
Participants shared comments such as, "I learned the basics of time management," "It was helpful to use problems they were actually facing," "It was good to learn methods that I can try right away," and "It gave me a chance to review my schedule," indicating that the session provided them with a starting point for solving their individual challenges.
Furthermore, this time we offered the same seminar on both weekdays and weekends, allowing participants to choose a date and time that suited their individual circumstances, such as "I have work on weekdays..." or "I have childcare responsibilities on weekends...".
We will continue to plan various events that reflect your needs, so please take advantage of them to improve your skills and advance your career!
