Let's improve the fundamental skills of communication – The first session of the "Voice" Seminar for delivering words was held.

On November 1st, the second session of the "Enhancing the Fundamentals of Communication Skills: The 'Voice' Seminar for Delivering Words" was held in the main conference room of the Centennial Memorial Hall.
The theme of the second session was "Vocal Resonance and Core Vowel Articulation." Over two hours, we practiced with instructor Yumiko Manzaki, learning how to make your voice resonate within your body to create a clear, resonant voice, how to make the five vowels resonate (the key is where you direct your breath), and how to produce MPBW (bilabial consonants).
The participants were seriously engaged in learning how to project their voices, something they don't usually pay much attention to.
The voice seminar is down to its last session. The next session will be "Consonant Articulation: How to Produce Clear Consonants." If you're interested, registration is open until November 10th (Friday), so please apply using the form below.

The third session of the "Voice" seminar is...

Date and Time: November 15th (Wed) 15:30-17:30 (Application deadline: November 10th (Fri) 17:00)
Location: Main Conference Room, Centennial Memorial Hall
Topic: "Consonant Articulation: How to Produce Clear Consonants"
Have you ever had your name misheard or been asked to repeat it multiple times?
It might not be that the other person can't hear you, but rather that your pronunciation is unclear and that's why you're not getting your message across. Your lips and tongue are muscles. Improve your articulation by doing lip and tongue muscle training to develop clear pronunciation that accurately conveys your message to others.

Applications are now closed.
