As a new initiative, the Office for Supporting Female Researchers solicited applications for the above-mentioned program, and after review, selected two off-campus training programs and one on-campus training program.
This program supports voluntary training for female researchers aiming to advance their careers, where they shadow senior female researchers to learn research activities and work management.
The third medium-term plan aims to increase the proportion of female managers to over 15% of the total number of regular faculty and staff. Through this training, we hope to help participants gain a closer understanding of the realities of senior positions in laboratory management and organizational management, thereby enabling them to acquire new perspectives, knowledge, and motivation, and ultimately contributing to the expansion of senior female researchers and female managers.
