December 2019, 2

On Sunday, January 27th, the "Sapporo Science Festa in Hokkaido University" was held at the Academic Exchange Hall. This year, as in previous years, many visitors arrived even before the event began, and all the booths were bustling with activity as soon as it opened at 10:1 AM.
This year's event featured 22 booths, including those from four high schools. Visitors, ranging from fourth graders to high school students, along with their parents, were able to experience everyday science and learn about research being conducted at universities. The event attracted 605 visitors (including 320 children who were eligible to participate).
