DEIThe Promotion Headquarters has a Department for Promoting Environmental Improvement (which focuses on the learning and working environment, such as university facilities and systems, and the environment for faculty, staff, and students).DEIAwareness of, in a broad senseDEI(Initiatives to improve and evaluate the environment), Women Researcher Development Division (Various initiatives to increase the number of female faculty members at each career stage, from young researchers to management positions), Education Promotion Division (for students)DEIWe are undertaking various initiatives to expand the base of female researchers and to improve education. Here, we introduce each of these initiatives.
