Women Researchers Networking
Creating a network to prevent female researchers from becoming isolated.
Within Hokkaido University's vast campus, we are building an on-campus network of female researchers, taking full consideration of personal information protection when managing registration information, including who is affiliated with which department and in what position. We aim to provide various information and strengthen communication and solidarity. We hope that female researchers will not have to bear their worries alone, but will instead share them with their fellow female researchers and overcome challenges together, from academic matters such as research and work environments to personal issues.
For example, something like this!
- Regularly held networking events where female researchers can gather and talk casually.
- Lunch gatherings held during lunch breaks, etc.
- Tea party after the seminar
- Various support information and event announcements
- Email newsletter (DEI-info)

ランチ会
2017
The Women Researchers Support Office hosts open lunch gatherings for female students and researchers to casually exchange information. Each gathering focuses on a general theme, allowing participants to ask questions about things they're curious about or things they'd like to discuss with other researchers. Why not join us for a fun information exchange over lunch?
