Work-life balance support

Support for personnel to help balance research activities and life events.

This support program partially subsidizes the costs of hiring research assistants to help faculty members and postdoctoral researchers balance childbirth, childcare, and research activities.
When you start working around childcare drop-off and pick-up schedules, it becomes difficult to secure the same amount of time for experiments and research as before. By hiring research assistants to handle tasks such as data collection, processing, and supporting experiments, you can maintain fulfilling educational and research activities even with limited time.
