Support for personnel assistance to balance research activities and the advancement of female leaders.
This support program aims to help female researchers affiliated with Hokkaido University who hold key positions both inside and outside the university, such as those involved in university administration and social contribution, to balance their research activities with social contribution activities and to enable them to excel as female leaders. It provides financial assistance for the employment costs of personnel who assist these researchers.
