1. Mentoring & Job Shadowing training for Female Reseachers

The shadowing training has been renewed to make it easier to apply with the adoption of the Diversity Project.Postdoc can also be applied to this training.

Mentoring means receiving direct guidance from mentors on educational and research activities and career development.
　
★★★About Shadowing★★★
Shadowing is the training program where the mentee can accompany and observe your mentor’s daily work and see her communication and decision making of various levels to know the skills and cord of conduct of higher position.

2. Childcare Seminar for Foreign Parents　”Applying to Public Daycare Centers”

　　
We will introduce announcements from Sapporo International Plaza.
　　

　　
A city official will talk about Sapporo’s daycare centers and how to apply to those facilities.Following to the seminar, one-on-one counseling session with a professional is available on topics of childcare, such as children’s health, development and available services. Please notify reception of any topics you would like to discuss in this session when signing-up for the event. Babysitting service available for first 5 children.
