The winners of the "Global Networking Award 2019 2nd" have been decided.

Hokkaido University is implementing the "WinGS (Women in Global Science)" project, which promotes the international activities of female researchers, as part of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's Research University Strengthening Promotion Project. Within this project, the Office for Supporting Female Researchers recognizes female researchers with outstanding international capabilities and has been implementing the "Global Networking Award" since 2014, which conditionally subsidizes a portion of overseas travel expenses to further promote international collaboration.
Following the first round of applications in 2019, we held a second round of applications, and after review by the university's selection committee, one winner has been chosen. The winner is listed below.
