Call for internal university opinions on “Diversity and Inclusion” at Hokkaido University

In order to contribute to the sustainable development of the world and the region as we live in the 21st century, Hokkaido University plans to enact the “Hokkaido University Declaration on Diversity and Inclusion Promotion” based on coexistence and harmony with diverse people.
　
In commemoration of the enactment of the Declaration, a lecture will be held on “Gender, Sexuality, Multiethnicity, and Universal Design,” which are important themes in promoting diversity and inclusion in universities.

It will be held in Japanese, but you can watch it with English subtitles later.

　
Opinions on the lecture theme (or any other) are welcome!
In order to help promote diversity and inclusion in our university in the future, please feel free to fill in the form. We would like you to share your opinion or feeling on what you don’t feel good about (no matter how trivial they may seem) that you experience while spending time at the university.
The Promotion office of Research environment for Diversity, Hokkaido University will compile the opinions received and share them with relevant departments within the university.
Even if it’s just a topic you can answer, we’d appreciate it.

Please tell us about any difficulties you have experienced on campus, or about the experiences of people around you who have had difficulty spending time on campus.

What do you wish the university would do as an organization to support you?

Have you experienced (seen or heard of) any disadvantages due to your gender or sexuality?
