This program supports voluntary training for female researchers aiming to advance their careers by providing mentoring and job shadowing with higher-level faculty members (hereinafter referred to as "mentors") in order to learn about research activities and business management.
Through this training, participants will learn about the realities of managers in higher-level positions and organizational management, gain new perspectives, knowledge, and motivation, and expand the number of female researchers and managers in higher-level positions.
We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for FY2023 users.
If you wish to use this program, please read the "Application Guidelines" below, fill out the "Application Form" and send it to the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) via email no later than six weeks prior to the start date of your desired training. Please also submit your response to the “Survey on Cooperation Matters for the Promotion of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” along with the application form.
Possible training period until:Thursday, 29th February 2024.
Please note that if the amount of money adopted reaches the maximum budgeted amount, we will close the application at that time.
