Call for applications for the 2023 "Mentoring and Shadowing Training Support Program for Female Researchers Aiming for Senior Positions"

This program supports voluntary training for female researchers aiming to advance their careers, which involves mentoring and job shadowing with senior faculty members (hereinafter referred to as "mentors") in order to learn about research activities and work management.
The aim of this training is to provide participants with an understanding of the realities of senior positions and management roles within organizations, thereby gaining new perspectives, knowledge, and motivation, and ultimately contributing to the expansion of senior research positions and the number of female managers.
 
We are now accepting applications for users for the 2023 academic year.
 
Those wishing to utilize this service should read the "Application Guidelines" below, fill in the required information on the "Application Form," and submit their responses to the "Survey on Cooperation Matters Related to the Promotion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion."Up to 6 weeks before your desired training start dateDiversity Inclusion (DEIPlease send it to the Promotion Headquarters.
