本支援は、予算上限に達したため、募集を終了ました。　　

本学は2019年度科学技術人材育成費補助事業（文部科学省）「ダイバーシティ研究環境実現イニシアティブ（牽引型）」に採択され、全学的なダイバーシティ研究環境の推進とともに、それらを北海道全域へ普及・啓発する先導的な役割を担っています。
　そこで、本学構成員が研究者のダイバーシティ推進について更なる理解を深めることを目的とし、下記の支援を実施いたします。

【Application guideline】
Support program for the implementation of the seminar toward the promotion of diversity and gender equality in Hokkaido University
　
【概要】
本プログラムは、本学構成員（教職員・学生等）を対象とした、学内で開催されるダイバーシティ研究環境推進あるいは男女共同参画推進に寄与するセミナー等の実施について支援します。
【Overview】
This program supports the implementation of seminars that contribute to the promotion of diversity or gender equality held on campus for university members (faculty members, students, etc.).

【支援内容】
取組に必要な経費のうち、1件あたり30万円を上限として支援します。
【Support】
Up to 300,000 yen out of the necessary expenses will be covered.
　
【セミナー等について】
以下の取組が対象となります。
　取組種別：研修会、セミナー、勉強会、シンポジウム等

　セミナー等の対象（参加者）：本学の教職員、学生、研究員
– 単一の部局等構成員を対象とした取組も可
– 複数の部局にまたがる取組、全学に公開する取組を推奨
実施主体：部局、学科、課室等、または研究会などのグループ
【Seminars to be supported】
Type: Workshop, seminar, study meeting, symposium, etc.
Targets participants: Faculty members, students, researchers of Hokkaido University
Seminars that span multiple departments and open to the entire university are highly welcome.
Applicants: Department, division, course, office, laboratory, research group, etc.
　
　【支援要件】
取組について、以下の条件を全て満たす必要があります。
– 女性研究者支援室を共催とする
– 広報物を作成する場合、2019年度「ダイバーシティ研究環境実現イニシアティブ（牽引型）」事業の文言を入れる
– 2020年2月29日までに開催する
– 取組終了後30日以内に指定書式の実施報告書（収支報告含む）及び作成した広報物を提出する
【Requirements】
It is necessary to meet all of the following conditions;
-Co-sponsored with FResHU Office
-Include the “Supported by Initiatives for Diversity Research Environment project (JST)” in the flyers
-Held by February 29, 2020
-Within 30 days after the end of the seminar, submit the reports (including income and expenditures ) and advertisement materials such as flyers
　

詳細は下記募集要項をお読みいただき、所定の申請書を女性研究者支援室（freshu@synfoster.hokudai.ac.jp）宛に提出してください。
最終申請期限は2020年1月15日です。
